Organization like banks that give loan to their customers based on certain condition given by the loan management board. Their certain condition must be clearly net by the customers before they are qualify for the loan. In this research the loan management and control system was captured in detail the concept was of the loan management an control system was well understood and ascertained. The loan management and control system was computerized, in this case effort was made to make it clear to everyone, also the solution were provided in a new computerized system developed, in this study the new control system is timely automatic, comprehensive, interactive and energy saving.
ORGAISNATION OF WORK
This project is divided into seven chapters. chapter one consists of the introduction, purpose of study, aim and objective, scope, constraints or limitation, assumption and dedication of terms
Chapter two is the literature review, chapter three show the description and analysis of the existing system which is made up of organization chart, objectives, methods of data collection, input process/ output process information flow chat or diagram and justification.
Chapter four show the design of a new system. It contains the output specification input specification and file design, flowchart and system requirements. Chapter five show the implantation of the control system which consist of the program design, program flow chart, psendcodes, source program and the test run.
Chapter six show the documentation while chapter seven is the summary, recommendation and conclusion.
