A new era has emerged as banks and other companies consolidate to find better services to the economy. Banks as a mark of rendering and aiding services or business in the country, transfer fund to customers to enable them do business. This project X-rays the process first bank Nigeria Plc takes to transfer fund to customers who meet the criteria as stipulated by the bank. The application of computer to the fund transfer will enhance process as well as improve fund transfer. It is desire that the computer system will automatically process the form of those who applied for the fund as well as reduce deadlocks situation that may occur as a result of the disbursement.
These system is analyzed and the logics applied in the system could be applied to nay other similar system with a little modification.

Fund service for small organization individuals was limited after a number of consideration on the banking system.
Major banks are mainly guided by financial project for their shareholders. They program or they are after minimization of financial risk such strategies don’t leave much room to people on how income or even small organization that strive for their survival.
This research studied the computerized fund transfer system as was alone in first bank Enugu. Fund are readily transfer to people who have an account (mostly current account) in first bank. Apart being a customer to the necessary conditions may include:
Provision of collateral security, having at least one guaranty and filling the bank fund transfer form. The collateral security must be a landed property before the bank will accept it. Also, the guarantor must be a reputable person in the society.
The role of computerized fund transfer can never be over emphasized. The computerized bank fund transfer from enable bankers to work without stress. Information can be updated as soon as positive changes occurs.
I therefore recommend this project to all who may like to have a look at what topic is all about. The research work will enable them know the importance of computerized fund transfer which yield fruitful result as that of other fields of human endeavor.
