The preparation and production of computerized result is a procedural exercise, it involves a lot of attachment complete and technical calculation before arriving at the G.P.A. The calculation emanates from the quizzes and examination serves with respect to course and their individual and cumulative credit loads. Carefulness must be applied for accuracy and reliability, manually, this takes a lot of time and accuracy is not always guaranteed. The metal approach towards preparation of the computerized result in very tedious and stressful series of omission in accuracy among scores are all experienced under the manual system. During the careful analysis of their existing system associated problems where all detected and possible solution to them were and careful analysis were carried and possible solution to them were provided and incorporated in the system design.

The new system sophisticated but very easy to use, the mode of data entry and update is very smart, clear and immediate. The processing is automatic and does not involve any human intervention and report generation is timely and always very accurate. 1.1  STATEMENT OF PROBLEM

The primary aim of this project work is to detect problems associated with the existing system and provide lasting solution to the existing problems. The incorporated solution will make sure that:

 

• The system generates timely and very accurate result for decision taking.
• The system will effectively maintain and manage stored information
• The system will not require human intervention in the processing at the result.

 

1. SCOPE OF STUDY

This work concentrates of the entry of scores, quizzes, course and their credit load. The computerized result processing is calculated base on IMT Format and result made readily available.

 

1.5  CONSTRAINTS

The major constraint we experienced was time and problems in gathering data that will be enough to produce that work.
