ABSTRACT

The activities in real estate is book private and public in nature.  Real estate include real property define as land, buildings and other products of the soil as well as the airspace above the soil.  It embraces every estate on interest in land and improvement made on it.

However, the research work embrances all the activities of Estate management, valuation, feasibility and liability appraisal, estate agency, project management and town planning but our study is narrow down to the valuation of property as a way of bring the work home.

It is focus on valuation because the field area of real estate is geared to acknowledge the importance of land to individual and the society at large.

The design software is expected to aid the valuer in the inspection survey of the property by bringing into reality the picture of the property in question and give an acceptable report of all necessary analysis made with physical report compiled by the system.

A calling in which skill and experience in Real Estate values and practices, coupled with high standards of integrity, as Njeze & Partners are offered as a service to the public.

Njeze & Partners is a firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers registered on May 26, 1981.  They carry on with Estate Management, valuation, feasibility and viability appraisal, estate agency project management and town planning.  They are located at #9 Ogui Road, ACB Building Enugu.
