The project researched into the activities of shop floor tracking operations, detected the problems involved and prottered reliable solution to the problems because shop floor activities determines the rate of sales of producers, production quality and quantity, stock/inventory control and hierarchy of distributors.  Any delay in report about shop floor transactions affects the entire business management, inadequate update and follow-up from the shop floor transactions adversely affects a business in many ways.  It the activities of the shop floor is not tracked, the business will not be able to compete in the open market and the internal activities of the business will be a total flop due to lack of promptness in shop floor transaction feedback.

The existing system was modified into a complete computerized system with adequate combination line among the related departments in the system.
