ABSTRACT

The major concern of this project research is to investigate into the importance of ethics and social responsibilities to a business organization impairing the smooth running of administrative management of business organization.

A stratified sampling design was used to explore these social responsibilities to a business organization. It is hoped that this research will highlight the effects of these problems on the wheel of efficiency and effectiveness of these sectors.

In conclusion, this research helps to portray the effect and importance of ethics and social responsibilities to a business organization, training and motivation on the part of the government. The government will at least in the process of this research try to implement or improve on this in order to revitalize these sectors.

The recommendation, implication of these findings to importance of ethics and social responsibilities to a business organization and the suggestion will be made for further studies.
